1. Start your day with a good breakfast. After, with 3 hours interval you should consume 3 small size meals. Your last meal should be eaten not earlier than 3 hours before going to bed.

2. You should be consuming all kinds of products from the food pyramid.

3. From now on consider all vegetables and fruits your friends and fatty and sweets food your enemies.

4. Drink a lot of water every day. If you feel you are hungry do not rush to the fridge, but drink some water before. You may change your mind to eat something.

5. Do exercises. Find every possibility to move: walk, jump, dig your garden, swim, etc.
